About me

I am an EMDR trained therapist utilizing telehealth. I help adults and athletes work through depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, life adjustments, grief, and sport performance slumps.

Life feels SO hard! You want to improve your relationship(s), overcome past hurts, and be in control, but having experienced painful events, you find people and the world unreliable and your needs still unmet. You feel both stuck in the past and worried for the future; expecting and preparing for the worst, while avoiding discomfort by staying busy. Painful events from childhood (and adulthood) make you doubt yourself and your worth. You'd be happier if things changed but staying where you are feels safer. You are exhausted! You are ready to break the cycle, get your life back on track, and heal from the crap life has thrown at you.

You deserve to slow down, laugh, and heal. In therapy you can fully show up, fall apart, and rebuild (no judgments here). Therapy can be tough, but the investment in yourself allows you to make real changes you didn't think were possible. I use EMDR to heal pain and humor to lighten the load, when needed. Both casual and hard conversations make therapy work.

I love the resiliency and strength of my clients. They bounce back from even the most painful events. I want you to have that same experience in therapy! We all have the ability to change, sometimes we just lack the tools and support. Vulnerability doesn't have to be scary! My space is safe for you to explore. Let's connect, have a laugh, and dive in!
