Based on your needs, we may explore your past experiences, thinking patterns, emotional distress, problem-solving and coping strategies. While it takes time and effort, the ultimate goal is to feel a sense of fulfillment.

As a Psychologist, my diverse experience working with children and adults has highlighted the importance of meeting clients where they are to understand their needs. I aim to create a safe and collaborative space where you can actively and genuinely engage in therapy. I consider my approach to be warm and flexible while also being direct.
