I am an experienced clinical social worker who is dedicated to working with individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood and adjustment disorders, executive functioning, life's transitions, relationships, family, school stress, and job stress.

Hello! My name is Stephanie and I hold licenses in Clinical Social Work (MA and MN), as well as School Adjustment Counseling (MA). Through my time working in schools and in the community, I have felt how important it is for us all to have a supportive and safe space where emotions can be felt, life decisions can be navigated, and where we can grow into the people we strive to be. Specializing in trauma-sensitive work, my philosophy is rooted in a humanistic and strengths based approach. I view my role in your world as providing a safe, judgement-free space that is completely for you, as you navigate the journey that is uniquely-yours.

You are the expert of your own experience, and I show up to meet you where you are along your journey, and walk alongside you as you navigate your path. We can navigate stressors connected to anxiety, depression, mood; adjustment; and sleep disorders; self esteem, executive functioning, life's transitions, relationships, family, job stress and more.
