I use a person-centered approach to therapy, which is defined by the provision of authenticity, unconditional positive regard, and empathetic understanding. Within this framework I tailor my approach to each client's needs, often integrating aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, shame resilience theory, and the enneagram model.
