I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been in practice since 2006. I have experience working with individuals through the entire lifespan in a variety of settings including: schools, inpatient psychiatric hospitals and outpatient community agencies. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and individuals struggling to cope with symptoms of depression, anxiety, marital or interpersonal relationship problems.
I utilize a psychodynamic approach in my work with individuals but believe the implementation of skills is sometimes necessary and utilize Cognitive Behavioral as well as Dialectical Behavioral skills. I am Latinx and both bilingual and bicultural that is inclusive to all genders, races, religions, cultures, and the LGBTQ+ community.
