I am a strength based therapist who prides herself on being very eclectic. I pull from multiple modalities depending on client needs and goals, with the primary modalities being CBT and DBT. I enjoy working with individuals looking to find strength and peace within themselves. I enjoy working with individuals who are wanting to improve their mental health by challenging negative thought patterns or societal expectations. I have worked with a wide array of clients over the last 12 years which has afforded me a wealth of knowledge and experience!

I offer the utmost support and empathy while also finding the balance to challenge you when needed. I ask that all of my clients be upfront and honest and I will do the same. I aim to achieve goals created by the client using thought work, as well as a wide range of other therapeutic techniques. *Sessions are offered Mon-Thurs virtually/chat/phone*.
