I urge and encourage anyone to take the first step and reach out. I offer empathy, connection, energy, and am always there for my clients to the best of my ability. I want to assist you in being the best version of yourself which is always in your reach and thus enhancing your quality of life. I will never judge you, I am someone you can turn to.
Let’s walk through the beach, the woods. Take a sip of tea with fresh mint, and enter a world of imagination, creativity, become one with the river, no judgment, safety, healing, serenity, grounding, love, solace, and always meeting you where you’re at. I take a holistic approach and focus on the mind body connection. I believe guided imagery meditation, motivational interviewing, dbt, creativity, psychodynamic, trauma informed care, emdr, and person centered approaches are ideal. I prefer to assist anyone who has felt demoralized or ostracized because of who they are. I believe we can impact the world together one smile at a time.
I have been in the field twenty years and I am passionate and committed to those I serve. I am EMDR certified for complicated trauma , I am SIFI certified. Upon beginning my journey, I directed DV shelters, residential, rehabs, psychiatric hospitals, RTFs, the courts, as well as a myriad of other experiences. 5-10 slots left for NEW clients! Blessed :)
