About me
I strive to provide a compassionate and non-judgmental environment of encouragement and support and believe that therapy is not "one-size-fits-all". You deserve someone who listens to and supports who you are, and is focused on your unique needs and experiences. I am rooted in the belief that all people can benefit from therapy and that staying mentally healthy is a lifelong process.
I believe each person is the real expert on themselves, and a therapist facilitates change as a supportive partner in the process. Whether your current concerns have to do with anxiety or mood changes, due to major life transitions, are trauma-related, or you just need someone to talk about your daily life, I am here to offer the space for you to grow, discover, heal, and succeed.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety disorders, mood disorders (depression, bipolar), and life transitions. I'm an Integrative/Eclectic therapist with an emphasis on person-centered therapy. I also utilize attachment theory and am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help alleviate symptoms of issues such as PTSD and cPTSD.
