I am an experienced trauma professional dedicated to helping adults cope and navigate through childhood trauma. Aspects of trauma may include: attachment/abandonment issues (neglect), social isolation, shame, self-esteem issues, sexual abuse, relational impacts of trauma spirituality and multigenerational issues.

I work with adults (18+) who are struggling with depression and anxiety and especially those who are overwhelmed by the onslaught of trauma from all aspects of emotional, physical and sexual abuse. I am a certified clinical trauma professional and am trained using EMDR.
