About me
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker , practicing in Texas, who is dedicated to helping clients manage depression, anxiety, and other psychosocial stressors.
I work with adults, children, and families, in managing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other psychosocial need. I have experience working with family conflict, poor self-esteem, goal planning, and adjustment issues.
With the use of modalities such as CBT, DBT, and SFT, I aim to engage clients and aide them in developing insight into their distress. Working collaboratively with clients, in their therapeutic journey, is a priority.
The goal is to provide a safe space for clients to process emotions, in a non-judgmental environment and to help clients feel confident and empowered in their journey.
Regardless of where you are on your therapeutic journey, I can work with you to reach your goals.
