I have 35 years of experience in outpatient, inpatient and residential settings working with individuals struggling with pervasive disorders, co-occurring disorders, and trauma-related disorders. I have a certification in Child and Adolescent Anxiety and enjoy working with kids over the age of 10. I strive to help clients balance their lives, offering a blend of practical approaches best suited for their individualized circumstances, including strength-based, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused approaches. I believe in helping individuals maintain emotional wellness and to recognize the power they have within themselves to become the healthiest version of themselves. I provide a non-judgmental space of empathy and support.
