Therapy is a wholehearted commitment to growth and healing, opening the door to self-compassion and emotional fortitude.
By embracing vulnerability and imperfection, processing feelings, and exploring our shadow selves, we tap into our innate intuition and higher selves. In addition to supporting clients’ unique goals, I strive to foster each individual's sense of unconditional self-love and authenticity.
My areas of specialty include treating clients with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and difficulty with emotion regulation. Additionally, I work with clients struggling with depression, substance use, mood and personality disorders, grief and loss, attachment disorders, family conflict, life transitions, women’s issues and gender identity.
I utilize an empowering integrative approach and assess client needs holistically by considering stressors, thought patterns and interpersonal conflicts in combination with past trauma and development. I encourage clients to engage in self-exploration, nurture their inner child, practice mindfulness, and improve mind-body connection.
