Please do not think that you have to go through life alone; suffering from issues surrounding depression, anxiety, grief, trauma or anything else that has been debilitating in your life. I create a safe place where you can navigate inner fears, learn ways to cope with symptoms that interfere with daily life, or just a place to release pain. When you are ready to take the journey of inner healing, I will be there to guide you along with offering proven tools that work. I use multiple therapeutic interventions based on what works best for each client. I work with all populations; including children, teens, and adults.
Life can be hard and challenging at times. Those times can often come with much confusion when we are faced with situations that overwhelm our thoughts and emotions. I will be right there to help you reclaim your life and find manageable tools for daily life. You will have a safe space where we are able to navigate through the situations in life.
During times when I am not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my three children, family and loved ones. I recently picked up a new hobby of playing the guitar so in times I’m not seeing clients I am practicing music; finding simple things in life that ignite a passion.
