About me
Are you having a hard time juggling the different stressors in your life, unsure of how to cope with life’s hurdles, or feel overwhelmed or at the lowest point in your life? Once we slowly navigate together through the possible apprehension and nervousness about starting therapy, we will work together to help you to feel more confident, able to manage stress a lot easier, and have a stronger relationship with your emotions and internal processes. I'm Siobhan (pronounced Sha-von) and I'm so glad you're here. Finding the right counselor fit can be a game changer for those seeking counseling services.
While working together, our sessions are a place free from judgement or criticism, where you can be your true self and be seen. You are in the driver’s seat at all times. I work with adult individuals in IL through telehealth, Monday through Friday during morning and early afternoon hours. Please see additional notes below in the different categories.
Telehealth is an amazing opportunity for counseling sessions! Save time driving to & from sessions, fits into your workday, enjoy the comforts of your own space to help feel relaxed & safe, and if there are tears you don’t have to worry about walking through a waiting room full of people. If you have an interest, I encourage you to give it a try!
