About me
I help people find rapid, drug-free relief from depression and anxiety, and I provide a space for deep exploration, self-awareness, and healing.
I've been working as a psychotherapist since 2004. I've helped people with all kinds of issues: depression, anxiety, relationships, stress, grief, sex, addiction, family, eating disorders, and more.
I've studied and practiced many different techniques and modalities in psychotherapy. People and their problems are not all alike, so it's good to have more than a few different tools and perspectives.
I strive to be both deep and pragmatic, and most of all--to meet people right where they are.
Know this: the first session is not a contract. It's an opportunity to explore whether or not we work well together. Research has shown that they way you feel about the therapist is the single most important factor in the success of the therapy. So I encourage you to take the time to find a therapist that feels right for you.
