About me
I am a bilingual therapist, fluent in English and Mandarin, specializing in working with immigrant families, as well as addressing anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. I have additional training in psychodynamic therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide tailored support for individuals and couples.
I am Si Shen, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist fluent in both English and Mandarin. My passion lies in providing therapy in a collaborative way to empower my clients on their journey toward a happier and more fulfilling life. By cultivating a safe and non-judgmental space, I create an environment where clients can freely explore, heal, and grow. I am also committed to delivering quality services that have a lasting impact by establishing genuine connections and employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Having been born and raised in China, I possess a profound understanding of Asian culture, as well as firsthand knowledge of the challenges and difficulties faced by immigrants. This unique perspective allows me to provide culturally sensitive and customized services tailored specifically to each client's needs.
Take the first step towards a brighter future, and let's embark on this transformative journey together. To ensure you feel comfortable taking the initial step, I offer a free consultation for new clients. Additionally, I guarantee a return call within 24 hours.
