About me
Therapy is one of my many passions. I am currently offering telehealth sessions. I am a trauma-informed clinician and offer a safe space for the neurodivergent population.
Whether in my life or at work, I always look at the world through the neurodiversity perspective. This sees neurological differences as valid and valuable. I am affirming of neurological differences and teach people to embrace their differences and use them to make this world a beautiful and colorful place.
I utilize systems and humanistic therapies - forms of therapy that see the whole person and their context, not just a label or a symptom. I further utilize tools from other therapies to best serve each client with whom I work. I also specialize in psychological testing/assessment of children, adolescents, and adults. In supervision, I use these tools to teach therapists to apply these tools in their own practice.
Whether individual, family, or couples- I can offer a unique experience to better your mental and emotional health.
I am trained in Family Systems Therapy, DBT, and other approaches. I will collaborate with other systems to set goals, fostering an appreciation for the uniqueness of self and others.
