About me
I was a long distance competitive athlete. A sudden end to my career made me look hard at my identity. I discovered the inner peace of accepting one's self as who I am and to sought to be that person. I discovered I have an empathetic nature that allows me to listen and hear the experiences of others and seek to relate and motivate them to becoming more of whom they desire to be.
Shirley, I am older and wiser. I will never stop seeking to be a better person and work toward helping other's discover their potential. My goal is to
support you in being able to improve family relations, work productivity or enjoy of physical activity.
I am an active outdoor enthusiast. I hike, bike, ski and plant a garden. My dog makes me humble and teaches me patience to wait and the ability to run on a moments notice.
