Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am experienced Clinician with over 25 years of providing services to adults and adolescents working to cope with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I have a special interest in working with healthcare providers that have experienced vicarious traumatization, morale injury, and compassion fatigue.
I offer a warm eclectic approach. Therapy is a "no judgement zone" where individuals can have a safe confidential space to explore obstacles, goals, relationships and a greater understanding of ones motivations I believe everyone has tremendous potential with introspection and can benefit from therapy. Therapy is a place to go for support, reflection, and skill building when a client becomes overwhelmed. However, it is also a wonderful place to stay grounded in good health by maintaining a commitment to the management of your behavioral health vital signs. Finding a therapist does not indicate you are weak or damaged – it means you are brave, curious, and ready to find a greater meaning in what makes you special.
