About me
I am experienced Clinician with over 25 years of providing services to adults and adolescents working to cope with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I have a special interest in working with healthcare providers that have experienced vicarious traumatization, morale injury, and compassion fatigue.
I offer a warm eclectic approach. Therapy is a "no judgement zone" where individuals can have a safe confidential space to explore obstacles, goals, relationships and a greater understanding of ones motivations I believe everyone has tremendous potential with introspection and can benefit from therapy. Therapy is a place to go for support, reflection, and skill building when a client becomes overwhelmed. However, it is also a wonderful place to stay grounded in good health by maintaining a commitment to the management of your behavioral health vital signs. Finding a therapist does not indicate you are weak or damaged - it means you are brave, curious, and ready to find a greater meaning in what makes you special.
