About me
I offer a warm and compassionate space to process through difficult emotions and develop healthy coping skills to live the life you want to live. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults on a number of issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity exploration and more.
Whether you're dealing with a big change in your life or have been feeling weighed down for a long time, I'm here to help you through it. Using a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, I empower my clients to develop the confidence and skills needed to overcome life’s challenges. Through empathetic listening and evidence-based practices, I help clients reconnect with their authentic selves and lead fulfilling lives that are in alignment with their values.
I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults who struggle with issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, adjustment difficulties, and relationship challenges. I also love working with individuals who are interested in identity exploration and self-discovery.
Entering therapy can feel intimidating. It’s not easy to open up and share vulnerable parts of ourselves, but I believe any potential discomfort can be well worth the ultimate reward. I hold a gentle and compassionate space to meet you where you are, and my hope is that together, we can move forward towards a path that feels supportive and impactful.
