Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist working with individuals and families to break out of the grip of patterns created by relational and developmental trauma.
With a background in science and appreciation for art, I integrate bodymind trauma-based therapies so clients develop new self understanding of their struggles between physical, emotional, and relational health. I bring leading edge approaches and integrate technology interventions, including the Safe and Sound Protocol, to work at the neurodevelopmental roots that are difficult to change even when you 'want to.'
Some areas of specialty include chronic pain, addictive behaviors, sexual abuse and trauma, birth/medical trauma.
