About me
I specialize in working with teens and my areas of expertise include working with adolescents and their families in addition to crisis stabilization. I also have expertise in working with individuals struggling with a mood disorder, have a history of trauma and/or have recently suffered a loss.
I have over eight years of experience working in community mental health settings with adolescents and their families. I also work with couples and young adults struggling with a variety of life changes and challenges.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I earned my B.A. in Psychology from USC and completed a M.A. from Pepperdine University in Clinical Psychology. I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University.
