I love mysteries and puzzles. I would love to hear your story and help you write the healing, powerful resolution you seek. Specializing in Trauma Identification, Healing, and Resolution, and Life Transitions. Counseling practice launched in 1988.

Thank you for getting to know me and my practice in your consideration of the counseling service that would be of best assistance to you. I hold a B.A. in Speech Communications (Public Speaking and Interpersonal Communications); a B.A. in Theology; and an M.A. in Applied Behavioral Science.

I have spent over 30 years dancing between the worlds of technology and human systems. Although an expert in computer software application, documentation and training, my passion has always been most directly expressed in my parallel work in the field of human relations. Simultaneous to my technology career, I began my human relations work as a Mental Health Counselor in 1988. With my ability to integrate and apply various disciplines in all venues, I have always been most satisfied when my work resulted in encouraging others to acknowledge and own the fullness of themselves, the independent power of their personal authority, and their contribution to making the world a better place at all times, in all circumstances.

I retired from my technology career in 2019 in order to concentrate on my passion to serve as a Counselor and Life Mentor/Coach.

I specialize in Trauma Identification, Healing, and Resolution; Life Transitions–Clarity, Commitment, and Resolution regarding relationships, personal/professional experience and goals, grief and loss, personal identity, including discovery/clarity of sexual identity, and self-confidence/self-worth. I began my counseling practice in 1988 and have provided counseling services in private, academic and public service settings. The counseling theories I utilize are determined by individual client needs. I am captivated by the uniqueness of each and every individual client. I look forward to assisting you on your journey to define and/or redefine, strengthen and heal, your mind, heart and soul.
