I enjoy being there for people at those times when life feels overwhelming. I am passionate about finding the most effective strategies to help others regain balance and feel empowered to influence their own well-being.

My name is Shari Morin-Degel. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in both Arizona and Montana. For over 15 years, I was a Clinical Director for an agency developing my expertise in treating people who have experienced complex trauma as well as supporting the professionals who endure secondary trauma from their work. I utilize a trauma informed approach that includes strategies for regulating cognitive and emotional processes as well as restoring health to the nervous system and the mind/body connection. In the therapeutic relationship, I promote the values of transparency and collaboration to foster safety, empowerment and personal growth.
