About me
I am a registered therapist who specializes in working with individuals (17+) and couples that are stuck in loops of dissatisfaction, over-thinking, and are often high-performing or high-achieving. They may appear to have it all figured out from the outside while quietly carrying a heavy mental and emotional load. Transforming chaos into clear systems to alleviate distress is my jam.
As your therapist, my goal is to offer a fresh, honest perspective to my clients. I’ll challenge you to see things in a different way and to identify patterns that may no longer be serving you well. I love helping clients trade criticism for clarity, swap people-pleasing for boundaries, and choose reset-and- repair over shutdown. Creating systems and strategies that fit your lifestyle and align with your values is what I am best at so you can start feeling better sooner.
In my personal day to day, I love structured digital filing systems and perfectly folded laundry. The real chore is getting someone to put it away! I listen to true crime podcasts, TikTok divorce lawyers, and watch videos of a Feng Shui interior designer. This mix gives me insight into human behavior, managing emotions, and effective communication.
