I am a marriage, couples and family therapist. My passion is working with couples and families in anyway that they present themselves.

I am a new therapist who comes to the field with a life lived. My approach is an eclectic one from Person Centered, CBT, DBT, Trauma Processing and Ego State Therapies. In addition to those modalities is my own style, empathetic, straightforward, clear, and even a touch of humor. Therapy is a collaborative process where we work together towards your goals. I love working, couples, families, and teenagers. With my master’s being in marriage and family counseling, that is where my heart lies. Moreover, I have a passion for working with kids and their parents. As a parent of three, I believe that parenting is the toughest job that anyone can or will have. I would love to help those who are struggling with either being a teenager or having one. I view mental health as a journey, one that we all go through.
