I am an experienced therapist with nearly 30 years of experience. I focus on helping women (16+) to control the symptoms of ADHD/ADD. I provide a program that helps you develop the ability to focus and concentrate, slow down and relax, and feel more confident in yourself. You will learn to manage your frustration and irritability as well as your mood. Additionally, you will learn holistic (mind, body, spirit) methods of coping with the symptoms that have taken over your day-to-day functioning. I will teach you to take back your life!
