I am an experienced Registered Play Therapist and I enjoy all ages and types of problems or life changes, and I specialize in the Integrative Team Treatment approach to managing problems related to attachment and relationship. I utilize a variety of person-centered modalities and other techniques for managing trauma, anxiety, and dysregulation.

I believe in the process of developmental growth and change, as well as its ever-evolving form or path, with each step being revealed as we are personally ready to continue on our journey. Processing our thoughts, memories, experiences, and emotions within the reflective, compassionate, and safe environment of the therapy room, allows for us to identify barriers and stuck points that we carry from our past, unpacking the baggage that prevents us from the joy of the present moment, and overcoming our fear of what the future holds. My ideal client understands that this is a process that depends on connection and relationship in the therapy room, and that the process of change must happen within them, with the support of a caring professional. The length of time in treatment depends on many factors, including readiness to change, development of skills and tools, and application of both to produce the desired results.
