My personal mission is to make sure that each individual that I encounter feels heard, empowered, connected and supported. Whether it's anxiety, depression, relationship issues or general life transitions you have the ability to grow, heal, change and ultimately gain a better understanding of your thoughts or feelings as you navigate through your own life experiences or challenges.
I've worked with individuals, children and families for many years in several different areas providing support and education. I have provided therapy services to all ages addressing a multitude of concerns.
