Life can be a mixture of joy and pain, hope and discouragement, and we all can benefit from an experience of receiving support in an encouraging and non-judgmental environment as we navigate life’s paths. I attempt to create and maintain this type of environment in therapy and feel privileged to work with the individuals, couples, and families that choose to participate with me in counseling.
I received both my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and Master’s of Divinity degrees from Bethel University in St. Paul after completing a degree in Exercise Physiology at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. I am a certified narrative therapist and licensed with the board of Marriage and Family Therapy in the state of Minnesota.
