My counseling philosophy is based on the idea that change is an integral part of life and learning how to successfully adjust to change is an important way that we create a life that is meaningful, for ourselves and with each other. I believe that these unexpected changes in life can cause distress in the mind, body, and spirit. As a result, I am committed to using an integrated approach to assist each client with identifying and processing their feelings and discovering which behaviors are helping or hindering them from building the type of life that they desire, so they can move forward with a renewed sense of purpose.
