About me
I am a psychotherapist who is passionate about helping clients become the best versions of themselves. I specialize in anxiety, life changes, and navigating relationship dynamics.
Staying true to yourself, whoever that may be, can often be very difficult when you are under pressure. Your identity suffers most in times of stress, anxiety, and trauma. We can work together to identify your core beliefs, explore your response to stress, and challenge the self-defeating thoughts that get in your way. Whether you are a teenager or young adult struggling to find your independence, or an adult navigating unexpected challenges, I am here to guide you and help you reach your full potential.
As a clinician, I focus on a holistic approach to wellness. My goal is to develop a strong therapeutic relationship to help you achieve your personal goals. I look at you as a whole person, not just as the challenges you face. Throughout therapy, we will look honestly at where you are in your development and help you navigate your unique challenges while utilizing your existing strengths and resources. You are the expert in your life. I am happy you are here, and I look forward to working alongside of you as a transformative resource in your journey.
