Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I want to help you work on strengthening the most important relationship you'll ever have – your relationship with yourself. Let's work together to find a way through whatever struggles come your way. In our sessions, I'll meet you where you're at with compassion, empathy, and an unbiased and nonjudgmental point of view.
I utilize a humanistic, strengths-based, solution-focused perspective to help you find your own path towards healing, all while valuing your self-worth, learning coping strategies, unpacking trauma, and building resilience. I would love to embark on this journey with you and help you understand that the storm clouds of today do not have to impact tomorrow's weather.
I received my Clinical Masters in Social Work degree and my Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature, both from the University of Michigan. I specialize in anxiety and depression, motherhood and identity, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and empowerment. My approach is strength-based, humanistic, and individualized based on my client's specific needs.
