About me
I am an experienced therapist dedicated to helping adolescents, teenagers, and adults overcome a variety of emotional and mental distresses from a holistic perspective.
Life isn't an easy journey for anyone; whether we haven't realized that we need the extra support or we have realized it and just don't know where to start or who to turn to. I like to think of therapy as that first step of knowing where to start and who to turn. Therapy is more than just about venting, but also about overcoming struggles and making the conscious decision and effort to move in a positive direction in life; no matter the circumstances.
As a therapist, I focus on a holistic approach because more often than not, there is never just one factor contributing to our issues, but a variety of factors stemming from different areas of our lives (personal, social, occupational, etc.) Together, we'll dissect the factors piece by piece, focusing on the root cause to solve the issues in their entirety.
I encourage all my clients to be as transparent as possible; trust that this is a safe space that prioritizes empathy, compassion, understanding, and non-judgment. Together, we can and will do the work to get you where you both need and want to be in life.
