I am an experienced therapist, helping children and families who have been affected by trauma and are dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, and other symptoms related to childhood trauma. Additionally, I am familiar with working with children who display severe behavioral issues in response to their trauma triggers. I have provided individual and family therapy for children in a Residential Treatment Facility, as well as a private practice setting, and I'm well-versed in working with families involved in the Foster and Adoptive systems. I also help families struggling with communication issues and parents experiencing attachment difficulties with their children. I use a wide variety of therapeutic approaches to meet my client's individual needs.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for helping children and families. I utilize a wide variety of therapeutic "tools" in my toolbox including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), family systems therapy, communication-based family therapy, and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy techniques, play therapy, art therapy, and other creative therapeutic techniques. and a variety of CBT skills.
I believe that is tough and it's unfair to expect yourself to go through all of its challenges alone.
