Suffering is part of the human condition but we don't have to do it alone. I’m here to help you develop a healthy sense of self. To explore patterns, and who you are outside of the roles you encompass. To cultivate self compassion, and to give you the tools you need to walk alongside life’s difficulties without feeling defeated by them.

As someone who has been impacted by a loved one’s addiction, I care deeply for individuals who use substances to cope and the people in relation to them. I also work with individuals encountering relationship difficulties and life transitions including adolescence to adulthood.

My intention is to create an environment that is safe and allows for healing, which includes a strong and authentic therapeutic relationship. I lean on the modalities of person centered therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, though several other interventions may be incorporated based on your unique needs.

I’d love to hear from you. If you feel like we may be a good fit, please reach out via email or phone. If, for some reason, we decide we aren’t the best fit, I will provide you with referrals to assist you in getting the help that you deserve.
