I am a licensed psychologist and I provide individual therapy to adults in the Roanoke, VA area. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions for individuals residing in Virginia. I accept self-pay clients, Aetna, United Healthcare/Optum, Optima and Anthem PPO insurance.

Occasionally feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges is a common experience. However, when feelings, thoughts and behaviors create limitations in life, I believe it is beneficial to explore these patterns. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative and strength-based. I strive to create a safe, warm environment where you feel comfortable exploring difficult topics, while also providing space to challenge you to achieve your goals.

During our work together, we will explore how your current ways of coping have previously helped you, and times when these ways of interacting with the world may not have served you well. Through increased insight into these processes, we will focus on empowering you to make changes consistent with your values and goals.
