About me
I am an experienced counselor dedicated to helping others get past difficulties and live their best life. I have experience with children, adolescents, and young adults as well as married couples in conflict and would love to walk alongside you to help resolve problems you are facing.
I was a nurse for many years, working with families and children, young women, adolescents and couples, and added Counseling to my life, graduating in 2016. I do look at problems from a practical viewpoint with a goal of finding best ways of resolutions for those life problems that weigh us down. I believe that maintenance of physical health is foundational to good mental health, and I am dedicated to helping people do their best to live with a healthy approach. Whether you are struggling with personal grief and loss, anxiety, depression, or family challenges, I would love to walk with you to wholeness.
