I am a therapist who brings a collaborative and solution-focused approach to my work with adults struggling with anxiety, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and job/career challenges.

People often seek therapy because they are facing a life transition that upends their sense of balance and leads to feelings of loss, frustration and grief. Other times the status quo is no longer working and there is disappointment and sadness over not being where you want to be at this point in your life. A trusting relationship with a therapist can help you move forward.

I work with clients who are struggling with situations that have become difficult to navigate on their own, such as: unsatisfying personal or family relationships; separation and divorce; health related issues; infertility and struggles around building a family; grief and loss; and job dissatisfaction and career transitions (ex. job loss, retirement).

Before opening my private practice, I worked in medical and mental health organizations supporting individuals, young adults and parents coping with major life stressors. My approach is collaborative, warm and solution-focused, drawing from different theoretical perspectives to help my clients meet their goals and bring about lasting change.
