Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
I have a passion for supporting clients in overcoming trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I use a strength-based, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed approach to counseling. The goal is to develop an environment where you feel comfortable to share and be transparent in order to focus on your personal growth. I work to determine the cause of the issue and develop a plan to address the root cause and strategies to cope in a healthier way.
I believe that every individual has the capacity and personal strengths to bring about change in their lives. My role as a Counselor is to provide support, perspective, and guidance in the journey of healing and change. The hope is that you leave each session feeling confident in your abilities to handle your day ahead.
