Hi, My name is Sarah and I am a licensed independent social worker. I have had experience working with individuals as young as 1.5 years old through adulthood. I have worked with a wide range of mental health issues that is not limited to but includes Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, ADHD, Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Oppositional Defiant D/O, learning disabilities, Substance Abuse, and those affected by others substance use. I have experience in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, mindfulness, meditation, motivational interviewing and have been trained in Trauma Focused CBT. In addition, I’ve had experience collaborating with school systems and working with parents and their children to help strengthen their communication and parenting skills. I have a flexible personality, starting where the client is at and I try my best to see things from my clients perspective.
