About me
I am an experienced counseling psychologist interested in helping people find the unique set of skills, understanding and healing to make changes in their lives. I work to incorporate evidenced based therapy practices with the complex needs of individuals, tailoring each therapy to the client's needs. I have worked in hospitals, inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as college counseling centers. In my practice I work to develop a collaborative relationship with each client. I have extensive experience working with PTSD, substance abuse, anxiety disorders and depression. I work with a variety of different treatment methods, with the aim of providing flexible and effective treatment on an individualized basis.
I have been working as a therapist for over twenty years. I have been in private practice for five years, and currently offer both in person and tele-therapy appointments.
