I provide both in-person & Telehealth sessions. I work with clients to create personalized happiness & self-compassion plans to figure out exactly how to get them where they want to be to have their best lives possible:) I specialize in working w/ children, couples, & individuals with stress & trauma.
I see clients through Telehealth and in-person. I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (MT 4262) & currently completing my 2nd doctorate. I hold a PhD, 2 Master's degrees, am a certified clinical hypnotherapist and a registered yoga and mindfulness instructor. I'm also an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Florida. I provide traditional 1-hour therapy sessions, 2 -3 hour intensives & outdoor nature therapy. I don't want finances to be an obstacle for anyone to receive treatment and am happy to work with your individual circumstances.
