I'm an experienced clinical psychologist interested in collaborating with you through the
therapeutic process. Extensive training and experience in the last 30 years. Still open.

After being trained in psychodynamic and CBT, my dissertation was an phenomenological
study of inner healers and recovery from physical illness, guided imagery. The imagery led
into hypnosis. For a number years I practiced and taught energy work on a table. This led
into more of a somatic approach -- tracking the quality of the client experience in the body.
After psychodynamic and Jungian analyses, I completed a 100 session Reichian analysis.
I've been receiving body work for decades, including 2 00 Rolfing sessions. For 30-40 years
I've learned, practiced and taught c'hi gong and tai chi . For 25 years I've provided services
within the scope of the Spiritual Emergency Network. For the past 15 years I've been exten-
sively trained in Somatic Experiencing trauma work -- providing sessions and consultations
for credit within the school. All of this learning and experience informs my work with people.
Yes, my clients are my best teachers.
Camping and hiking in the wilderness are essential for my heart's connection and vitality.
Painting, writing, teaching and working with people sustain in their own ways. I'm probably
leaving out something important. There is always so much more.
