I have more than 20 years of experience helping couples, families, stepfamilies, and individuals to find holistic alternatives to manage difficulties, understand new ways of functioning, create new changing dynamics, and find restoration and hope. Modalities: Gottman Method, Prepare/ Enrich, EMDR, M.I., CBT, Strategic and Structural Family Therapy, IFS, and others.

I am a systemic and holistic therapist who focuses on working with individuals, couples, and families at all stages of the life cycle. From the preparation to start a new life together, to foster the enrichment of unvitalized couples. I bring intense therapy for conflicted couples, for couples in the divorce process, and mediation when needed. I equip stepfamilies in their adjustment to their newly created family. I assist individuals going through life transitions or suffering from depression, anxiety, and trauma. I conceptualize every situation from a systemic perspective and I utilized several evidence-based models and methods of intervention proven to bring change, resolutions, and hope. The therapeutic process is a journey, a dance shared and co-constructed in the therapeutic process and relationship. I am looking forward to beginning a journey together.
