I Integrate a holistic approach to help address the physical and emotional issues that come along with stress, overwhelm, and trauma. I will spend time helping you learn grounding techniques coping skills and mindfulness.

Whether you are navigating a difficult transition in your life, dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues, cycles of anxiety and depression, or working through trauma, I will meet you where you are in your life at this moment with open ears and provide you with a safe space to share your story.

I have extensive experience working with the geriatric population and their caregivers and family. I have been engaged in case management for over 10 years and during that time became certified in care management to increase my ability to better serve clients. I also am certified as a dementia practitioner. I am certified in trauma-informed care. I have worked in hospice which has provided me with a unique set of skills of having hard conversations with people of all ages throughout the process at end of life. I have provided mental health support to individuals with dual diagnoses and comorbidities.
