Hi, my name is Sabrina Tropper, and I’m a licensed psychotherapist in New York City. I’m also licensed in the state of New Jersey.

I love working with people who have worked really hard to get to where they are and are feeling overwhelmed or exhausted in their lives right now. A lot of these people are struggling with major demands at work and in relationships, and often find it difficult to turn people down or say no.

In therapy, many of my clients say that they feel less overwhelmed and anxious and feel a renewed sense of clarity and purpose in their lives after working with me. For people coming in for EMDR, they are often surprised at the changes they are able to make after working through trauma and stuck points in their lives.

With a background in child welfare, I am a supporter of multicultural and marginalized identities, and I welcome you into this space with me.
