Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am a broadly experienced counselor with special training in Buddhist Psychology, Mindfulness, and the treatment of trauma. As a mixed race individual, I bring a unique perspective to the work of navigating systems of oppression and finding joy in this world.
We and our lives are not unworkable. Trauma, stress, and mental health struggles are often the stuff of life. What we make of these elements is the art of living, one that demands continual practice and growth. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for you to explore and reconnect with your inherent wisdom, your natural mind. Clear, Calm, and Spacious. Through a connected and aware approach to living, I aim to assist you in shifting your energy from struggling against yourself to living intimately with the natural joy available to you in this life.
I am trained in the unique lineage of Contemplative Psychotherapy developed at Naropa University. My approach incorporates insights and techniques from western modalities such as IFS, CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic psychotherapies applied through the deep wisdom of the lens of Buddhist psychology. Anxiety, depression, trauma, stagnation, issues of oppression and identity. Whatever you bring to me, I am experienced at creating a collaborative, personalized approach to your therapeutic journey that will support you in moving forward with confidence and clarity.
I would love to work with you as you overcome hesitation and reinvigorate your connection to your own life force. Schedule a free consult with me and let's get started! This is a supervised private practice. It is owned and managed by a master’s level, non-independent licensee under Board-approved clinical supervision pursuant to A.A.C. R4-6-211.
