About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples and children to find meaning and facilitate well being in their lives.
There are alway challenges on our journey which can sometimes fee intimidating. I offer a brave and safe space to explore and transform. It's a powerful and vulnerable experience to be seen; together we can identify your strengths and uncover what's at the psychic, social and emotional root of your obstacles, as we edge toward wholeness and renewal. Whether its depression, anxiety, ADHD or other neuro-divergent struggles, relationship challenges or mens work, we can connect to authentic relating, and begin to lead your life.
I practice radical non-judgement and harm reduction. My lens recognizes and honors innate intelligence of ones lived experience. I believe through authentic, grounded relating, with the use of somatic mindfulness, can be a driving force for real integral health. I apply dreams and archetypal mythology to assist in finding meaning on your journey.
If you are looking for a warm-hearted, non-judgmental, who will be with you at your own pace, while also inviting you into challenging yourself to welcome new parts of yourself, while providing a safe space to process burdens and experiences, please contact me.
