Ruth Alcantara-Zboinski, LCSW
Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
Are you tired of feeling unhappy and ready for change? I am an EMDR therapist who works with clients 18+ impacted by trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, self-esteem and relationship issues.
I have a love for helping others and customize treatment using a variety of therapeutic modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). My therapeutic style is warm, engaging, and non-judgmental. I provide a space that is yours to fully express yourself with confidence and in confidentiality.
I value communication and so also offer communication via text and follow up in between sessions as necessary.
